- Takeout & Delivery Orders: If there is an issue with your order (such as missing items or incorrect food), please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order. We will review your concern and provide a resolution.
- Cancellations:
- Orders canceled before preparation begins may be eligible for a full refund.
- Once the order is in progress, cancellations may not be accepted.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
